Welcome to Peace River Rentals South. We’re located downtown near many amenities. Fitness on the Go is within walking distance and a short drive west takes you to the Co-op for groceries.

A little further south, past the movie theatre, you will find J’s Java, a great place to hang out, have coffee and eat delicious home-made food.Rental includes fridge, window coverings, balcony on the west side of the building, heat, water, and optional underground parking. There is plenty of free parking around the building. Coin laundry located in the building as well as mail boxes.

Many of our suites have been upgraded with new carpet and paint and refurbished bathrooms. There are 27 units in this building many with unique layouts. All the apartments on the west side of the building have large balconies that over look the town for a spectacular view.

There are 4 furnished suites located in the building. Included in the rent is wifi, tv and all the amenities of home, all you need to bring is bedding and towels. Housekeeping is included twice a month.

Free underground parking is available for smaller trucks and cars.
